The unit allows versatility for baking of the broadest range of product, with ideal load height for easier and faster load / unload times.  Indirect Fired Revolving Oven




Our InDirect Fired Revolving Oven design offers top quality baking for a variety of products. The Indirect fired burner configuration produces a very even radiant heat. The Heat Exchanger is manufactured with refractory to allow a perfect balance of heat and recovery which is essential in the production of high quality breads & rolls, pizza and foodservice products. The unit allows versatility for baking of the broadest range of product, with ideal load height for easier and faster load / unload times. The unit is designed for Medium to Large Bakeries for a true old world bake in combination with production capacity.



 LC Pizza Oven Series Revolving Oven




The LC Pizza Oven Series offers a compact size with great capacity. We have taken all the great characteristics of our Industrial Oven series and implemented them in the Pizza Oven Series. The series is one of the smallest footprints available to the market. The unit is equipped with a direct fired radiant heat. The series has the ability to bake many different types of products at the same time. The series is perfect for all foodservice applications. The unit is comes standard with a Vertical rising door and large viewing window. Each Shelf is lined with ½” Lava Stone for perfect heat retention and equal bake throughout the oven. With a top Temperature of 575 F, the Oven can cook Pizza, Bagels, Breads and Roast all at the same time.

The Series is available in a 4 shelf configuration with a height clearance of 10” per shelf. This allows all types of product to be baked with a traditional direct fired radiant Method. The series is available in natural gas, Propane and electric.
